3. Location. Pelican Point is strategically located in the Old Fenimore Mill complex, just steps away from Cedar Key’s public beach, library, downtown shops, and dining and recreation on Dock Street. It’s also handy to golf in nearby Chiefland and airports in Gainesville and the Tampa/St. Petersburg area.

    somewhere in Florida.
    Have not decided where as yet.
    My husband is a lapidary enthusiast.
    Is there a Rock, Mineral or Gem Club in the area?
    My hobby is making jewelry of gems & metals.
    Sea shells would be a nice addition to my work.
    any information would be appreciated.

  2. Hi, are you close to the art festival? Is it a safe walk? Also, do you allow pets?

    • Hi Terri,

      Yes, the condo is an easy, safe, five-minute walk to downtown Cedar Key and 2nd Street where the Arts Festival will be held. Pets are allowed at Pelican Point and some of the other units in the complex, but please check with the Old Fenimore Mill rental office prior to booking your stay if you plan on bringing a pet.
